21 NCAC 08A .0201 Election of Officers

The Board shall annually, prior to March 31 of each year, elect a President, Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer.

21 NCAC 08A .0203 Quorum

Four members of the Board shall constitute a quorum to transact all business.
