The Board now accepts initial and re-Exam applications, original and reciprocal CPA license applications, and CPA certificate reinstatement applications through its portal. Please view this information before accessing the portal. Whenever possible, please use the portal to complete and submit an application. Please use the paper/PDF application forms and applications only if you are unable to access the portal or if the forms and applications cannot be submitted through the portal.

The Board encourages applicants to complete applications online through its portal. The portal is available for initial and re-Exam applications, original and reciprocal CPA license applications, and CPA certificate reinstatement applications.
